Betsy Ezell, M.A., LPC, BCN – Director of Neurofeedback and Lead Therapist
Betsy specializes in providing counseling and neurofeedback services. She has advanced training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy and Bio/Neurofeedback therapy. Since 2016, she has provided both therapeutic and neurofeedback services to adolescents, adults, couples, and families. In session, Betsy integrates EMDR, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), and attachment-focused interventions into her practice, along with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT).
Dr. Brian Levins, M.D. – Psychiatrist
Dr. Levins is a double board-certified psychiatrist treating children, adolescents, and adults. He is a member of both the American Psychiatric Association and the American Academy of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry. Recognized for his excellence in psychiatry, he has received prestigious fellowships and scholarships, underscoring his commitment to mental health care. Dr. Levins holds certifications from the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology and maintains active licenses across multiple states, offering specialized care in psychiatric evaluations for children, adolescents, and adults as well as substance abuse treatment.
Dr. George Ball, Psy.D., LP – Clinical Director
Dr. Ball has been providing therapeutic services since 2009, working with adolescents, adults, couples, and families. As Clinical Director at Heritage since 2020, he specializes in couples therapy, helping partners navigate communication, boundaries, infidelity, and life transitions. He also coaches adults on managing relationships with spouses, children, coworkers, and social groups. Additionally, Dr. Ball provides ADHD, psychoeducational, and personality testing to support individualized treatment plans.
Rebecca Million, M.A., NCC, LPC-Associate – Clinical Counselor
(Supervised by Brandi Sinclair, M.A.C.P., LPC-S and Kimberly Harrington-Delgado, LPC-S, RPT-S)
Rebecca’s therapeutic approach is grounded in interpersonal neurobiology, psychodynamic principles, and humanistic modalities. With a strong foundation in trauma-informed care, she provides individual, family, and group counseling as well as play therapy. Rebecca works with clients navigating trauma, attachment issues, grief, anxiety, depression, and life transitions. Rebecca offers compassionate, evidence-based support to empower healing and growth.
