Heritage Counseling is offering Social Skills Group Therapy for Teenagers and Young Adults ages 14 - 22 years old at our Plano and Dallas locations. These ongoing groups will have 16 bi-weekly sessions focusing on developing and strengthening social skills in teens and young adults. Members of this group are encouraged to receive individual therapy sessions with a clinician apart from group therapy but this is not required.
The Plano group is led by our psychologist Dr. Casey Ferri, PSY.D., M.S., who specializes in adolescent counseling and has experience working with teenagers. The Dallas group is led by Chandler Sinclair, M.S., LPC, who specializes in individual and adolescent counseling, as well as life transition counseling, and career counseling.
