Brandi Sinclair is the founder, director, and lead therapist of Heritage Counseling & Consulting, P.A. Brandi is a highly accomplished psychotherapist and widely sought after marriage counselor, coach, and consultant. After graduating with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology (Cum Laude) from Southern Methodist University, she went on to pursue her Master of Arts in Clinical and Counseling Psychology, also from SMU.
Brandi holds licensure in the state of Texas as a Licensed Professional Counselor-Supervisor. She has been in private practice in the Park Cities for over 10 years, specializing in relationship and marriage therapy, anxiety, depression, bi-polar disorder, and stress & crisis management. She works with teens, adults, and elders. Her wide range of expertise and life experience, as well as her warm and relational approach to therapy, provide a unique model for counseling success.
Brandi’s primary therapeutic modality is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). CBT represents a goal-oriented treatment that is a collaborative effort between patient and therapist. These techniques focus on delineating dysfunctional thoughts and behaviors and providing tools for implementing new thoughts and behaviors that create positive change. Creating positive change is the hallmark of great therapy.
Brandi has been married to her husband Brandon for over 37 years, has 3 grown sons, two wonderful daughters-in-law, and three beautiful grandchildren. She is also an member of Park Cities Baptist Church and a board member for The Center for Brain Health. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, biking, cooking, and quality time with family and friends.
